Outdoor Air Quality Information
On the new Tab "Outdoor" you can find Outdoor Information for the location where you are.
HeatMap:
The Heatmap is showing your location where you are incl. the Temperature. The color of the enviroment indicates the queslity of the outdoor data from red = very bad, yellow = OK to green = very good.
You can move within the Heatmap by touching and scrolling in the map, to see the location based air quality.
Remark:
The detailed Information below the Heatmap are not updated accroding the location you are schrollin yet.
Air Quality Index of your current location:
Air quality reported in terms of Breezometer's global air quality index standard, raging from 0 (poor) to 100 (excellent). Use this for comparion regions.
Polution PM2,5:
Sources:
Main sources are comburtion processes ( e.g. power plants, indoor heating, car exhausts, wildfires), mechanical processes (e.g. construction, mineral dust) and biological particles (e.g. bacteria and viruses.)
Effects:
Fine Particels can penetrate into the lungs and bloodstream. Short term exposures can cause irritation of the airways, coughing and aggravation of heart and lung diseases, expressed as difficulty breathing, heart attacks and even premature death.
Health:
Depending on the Air guality indey help and tips for activity behavior.
Pollen:
Indicator for gras, tree and weed pollution in the air.
