Problem:
Actually you can use your Zehnder app if you are not connected to the Network where also the Comfo Air Q device is connected. That means you are not able to connect and Control the Comfo Air Q when you are outside of your home Network.
Solution:
Unfortunately this actually a Limitation of our lab environment and there is actual no work around for this.
Solved: With an update on the back end enviroment this limitation has been eliminated.
