Problem:
If you get an error like shown in the Image below. This is mostly because you try to make the account linking of the Alexa skill in the Alexa App before you enable Alexa functionality in the Zehnder app.
Solution:
To resolve the problem please at first enable Alexa functionality in the Zehnder app after this has been done please again go to your Alexa app and enable the Alexa Skill from Zehnder.
